Our breakfast buffet is available daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. You will find the dinner menu on your breakfast table, where you can choose the main course for dinner. Children can also select from the children's menu.

Bus Connection
The Stubai Valley offers excellent bus connections, both within the valley and to the capital, Innsbruck. We also recommend the Stubaitalbahn for trips to Innsbruck, which runs directly from Fulpmes through the Telfer Wiesen to the city center of Innsbruck. Check-in and Check-out
Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 AM to allow it to be cleaned for the next guests. Late check-out is available upon request until 6:00 PM for a fee of €30 per room.

There are plenty of parking spaces available directly on our parking deck and around the hotel. If you wish, you can also use our garage for an additional fee. Please contact the reception for more information.

Pets
Dogs must be kept on a leash within the hotel premises. If your dog cannot be left alone in the room, you may bring them to one of our cozy lounges. If you leave your dog alone in your room, please ensure they do not disturb the peace with loud barking. Near the hotel, you will find a beautiful area for walking your dog at Kampler See. We kindly ask you to use the provided "dog waste bags." Please do not allow your dog to relieve itself within the hotel premises or in the neighbor's garden. Due to legal and hygienic reasons, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, sauna area, or bar.

A fixed table will be assigned to you in the restaurant, and we aim to keep it for the entire duration of your stay for both breakfast and dinner. Exceptions may apply. We ask that you refrain from using mobile phones or other electronic devices in the restaurant area for the comfort of other guests. Please wear appropriate attire during meals. Swimwear, shorts, jogging suits, and similar are not acceptable.

Ski Bus
In winter, the ski bus is available in addition to the regular Stubai bus to the individual ski resorts and can be used free of charge with a valid guest card. During peak season, the ski bus departs twice daily directly in front of the hotel towards the Stubai Glacier. Please ask at the reception for exact times. Timetables are available at the main entrance.

Ski passes are available at the reception.

Ski Storage Room
The ski storage room is locked at night. You can also rent a lock for your ski stand for a deposit of €20. Upon return of the lock, we will refund the deposit. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for skis that are not locked.

Stubai Super Card
The Stubai Super Card is the summer highlight in the Stubai Valley. With it, you can use all four mountain railways, swimming pools, and public transportation free of charge. Valid from the first day. The entire valley with one card!
The best part: From May to October, all services of the Stubai Super Card are included in your room rate!

Sustainability
We have decided to rethink the concept for our hotel in the coming years with an ecological and sustainable approach. In the summer of 2024, we installed a photovoltaic system to reduce energy consumption.
In today's fast-paced world, we want to return to our roots as hosts and continue the path we embarked on decades ago. The guest, as a person and individual, is at the center of our focus, and we feel committed to them. Less is more – as it was in the past.
Additionally, we source our products and food locally whenever possible to avoid large logistics chains and unnecessary waste.
